A greener, weed-free lawn.

Through the years, we’ve had consistent results with five timely visits effectively spaced throughout the growing season. Beginning with the Spring green-up, through the stress of Summer’s heat and finishing with a Fall winterizing, our program provides your lawn the color, density and vigor it will need to maintain its health and keep weeds out.

TQI’s Five-Step Lawn Care Program with Grub Stopper

Round 1 - Early Spring: Balanced fertilizer for early season growth and color with pre-emergent weed control on high pressure areas for annuals such as crabgrass, foxtail, and knotweed.

Round 2 - Late Spring: Balanced fertilizer with a full rate of pre-emergent weed control and broadleaf control for perennial such as dandelion, clover, plantain, etc.

Round 3 - Mid Season: Slow release feeding during stress point of growing season.  Includes broadleaf weed control for newly emerging summer weeds.

Round  4 - Early Fall: Heavier Rate of balanced fertilizer as we reach the second growing season.  Broadleaf weed control as needed for germinating perennials.  Insect control (Grubs) will be evaluated and recommended only on an as needed basis unless amended before hand.

Round 5 - Late Fall: Balanced fertilizer to help root growth and development, especially in new seedlings.  Heavier rates of nitrogen will help protect root system through winter and aid in next spring’s green up.  Broadleaf weed control will also be applied to ensure any possible remaining weeds are eliminated.
