TQI is happy to provide snow removal and ice control services to Home Owner Associations and Commercial Businesses (office, office-warehouse and warehouse). Our priority is to establish a detailed snow removal plan—before the first flake falls. We walk the property to assess concrete and garage door damages prior to the snow season, creating a list and allocating snow to primary and secondary placement piles on the property. This takes planning and communication by TQI and the HOA or commercial property.

We provide three different ice control methods: ice melt, salt and sand, and a liquid de-icing compound. Each has its pros and cons. Ask which method will best suit your business.
